Summary for Each Nominee:

• Teri Morgan - I believe Teri background and experience in providing service to TxDOT as a consultant will go a long way towards helping in its modernization program. Teri is a member who supports the council's objects and will represent the group well.
• Ana B. Rausch - Ana's 19 years of experience in the right of way industry has provided her the opportunity to view projects from the planning/feasibility stage, routing, cost estimating, title research, on-going project budgeting, materials procurement, right of way acquisition, project management, data management, condemnation support, residential and business relocation, construction, and damage settlements. Ana has worked in the public sector as Vice President of Real Estate for Houston METRO, and has managed projects for the City of Sugarland, City of Stafford, City of Pearland and Fort Bend County on relocation and right of way acquisitions as a consultant. Ana holds an MBA from The University of Houston and has received IRWA's certifications for SR/WA and R/W-RAC. She is also a certified facilitator though the IRWA.
