As described in our Criteria for Membership, only firms that provide
right of way and land acquisition related consulting services may become members of the Right of Way
Consultants Council. However, people who are not employed as right of way related consultants and would
benefit from access to most of the advanced features of this website may apply to become a
Registered User at no charge.
To become a member of the Right of Way Consultants council you must be a firm that provides right of way
and land acquisition consulting services and meets the Criteria for Membership.
Right of Way and land acquisition consulting services may include public sector acquisition and relocation
assistance services, private sector utilities or telecommunications acquisition, project management,
appraisal services, project oversight and quality assurance services or other related services.

There are many Benefits of Becoming a Registered User if you are in
the right of way industry but are not a consultant. Potential Registered Users include employees of
governmental agencies, public sector users of right of way related consultants, and others who provide
services related to our industry. Click here to become a Registered User.
